Free Self Assessment

You should use this short screening test to help determine if you need to seek my help for the emotive management difficulties you may be having.

Instructions: The items below refer to how you have emotively felt during the past twelve months or maybe longer. Please determine whether each question is a TRUE or FALSE reflection of how you believe you have been experiencing life.

Important To Note: You may wish to use this information here to bring along to our future therapeutic counselling meetings.
